Who taught him to read??

So remember when Bethany posted about THIS?? Well, I just thought it was hilarious (that was obviously before Cade could read.) Well last night we were at Target and I'm spending entirely too long trying to find THE perfect birthday card for a friend. Byron and the kids come over and Cade starts reading cards OUT LOUD to Byron from the other end of the aisle. I'm like oh no.... we were in the funny ones. So Byron and I are both cringing at what he might read, but know if we act like it's this huge deal then he'll want to read them even more. So we just take our chances. The first few are ok, he somehow doesn't notice that one of them is dog butts blowing candles out, but since it has the word "gas" on the inside he thinks it's hilarious. Then he finds one I had just read and I'm like ohhh noooo, but it's too late - thankfully he can't decode "tattoo" or "bre@sts" so I am safe, but man Byron and I were sweatin'!!
