Today Byron started working on a dream he has had for a very long time. He took his first official lesson towards his pilot's license. He was pretty excited when he got home (so excited he let me take these pictures) and apparently has his next lesson tomorrow. It does make me a bit nervous, BUT I am honestly happy for him. Making a dream come true finally is a huge thing and I am glad that in a small way I can be a part of it.
For me, however... it was not such a great day. It's the 8th and I weighed and did my measurements. The good news - I didn't GAIN any weight, but I didn't lose any either. I KNEW I had, had a bad month so didn't really expect to lose that much. I was sick 2 of the weeks and well the other 2 I just lost some serious drive and will power. OK so now that I've wasted a month it is time to get serious.... I have 2 months until we leave for Myrtle Beach for vacation... yes a BEACH - ackkk do you realize that means a swim suit??? another ackkk!! 15 lbs left... I need to register for another race maybe that will get me more motivated.
