My running and attempting to eat better have paid off again! Another month of NOT showing the nasty before pic.
Lost another 4 lbs! This happened to be the month that I went down a pants size too. I'm sure it's a combo of the 7lbs not just these 4lbs! Only 15 more to go! Sadly, at this rate we are talking 4 more months! UGGG - I need to step up my poor eating and try to make it to 5 lbs next month.
As for inches - I have lost in some really high fat areas - my chest, my fingers and my wrists! You know all the places I REALLY need and want to lose weight. HEY BODY!!! - Are you kidding me!?!! My rings and watch are spinning! I have plenty of other areas to lose weight, try hips, try butt, try belly! HELP A GIRL OUT will ya!
I DID lose one inch on my hips and oh get this gained an inch on my calves (must be all that running LOL)
Anyway... it IS coming off and my clothes are fitting better. The exercise is working! AND honestly posting on HERE is helping me too! I find myself saying "if you don't lose and have to post on the blog that you sucked it up this month that's not cool!!!" it's quite encouraging! Several have asked when the next race is and I can't seem to find one that works for my schedule and is fairly close by.... BTW who is running with me next time???

wish i could come and run with you tq!! how have you changed your habits? i´m trying to lose some weight, but i get so lazy and do nothing. maybe i should blog about it, maybe that would help. :)
